Terms of Service

Welcome to Wolf Solutions LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our applications and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

• Users may authenticate anonymously or with Firebase Authentication.
• Non-anonymous authentication is required to contribute data to the platform.
• Users may request account deletion, which removes Firebase Authentication records but does not delete previously submitted data.

3. Data Submission and Ownership

• Any data submitted to the application is considered the intellectual property of Wolf Solutions LLC.
• Submitted data will not be deleted if/when a user deletes their account.
• Submitted data does not retain any identifying information once a user’s account is deleted.
• Users agree that all submitted data is provided in good faith and is represented as accurate to the best of their knowledge.

4. Data Use and Retention

• Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics are enabled by default but can be opted out of, except for beta program participants, who must enable Firebase Crashlytics.
• Our backend database is self-hosted on a cloud service. Web access and error logs are maintained for 90 days and may include user IP addresses and user-agent strings.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services.

Wolf Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wolf Solutions LLC provides the Services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
